These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CEOHero website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
CEOHero provides paid advertising management and lead generation services for therapy practice owners. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are described in your engagement agreement. The 30-day free trial is described on our homepage and is subject to qualifying criteria.
Our free trial waives our service fee for the first 30 days. You remain responsible for any third-party costs (e.g., Meta ad spend, paid directly to Meta, with a $500/month minimum). Service fee begins after we have booked five qualified appointments. If five qualified appointments are not booked within the trial period, we continue working at no service fee until they are.
You may cancel at any time by emailing steve@ceohero.com. Campaigns will be paused within 24 business hours of cancellation. No further fees apply.
Results vary. We do not guarantee specific revenue, client volume, or business outcomes. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control (market, offer, intake response, fit). Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEOHero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
