CEOHero provides paid advertising management and lead generation services for therapy practice owners. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are described in your engagement agreement. The Free 15–30 minute planning call — custom growth plan, no obligation
Every engagement begins with a free planning call — there is no charge and no obligation for that consultation. Ongoing services are billed as a flat monthly service fee agreed before work begins. You remain responsible for any third-party costs (e.g., Meta or Google ad spend, paid directly to the platform, with a $500/month minimum where ads are run).
You may cancel at any time by emailing steve@ceohero.com. Campaigns will be paused within 24 business hours of cancellation. No further fees apply.
Results vary. We do not guarantee specific revenue, client volume, or business outcomes. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control (market, offer, intake response, fit). Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEOHero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
